About the Role: The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and supporting the execution of employee training programs. This role ensures training initiatives are delivered efficiently while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant communications.
- Support trainers in preparing materials and learning resources.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Track attendance, completion rates, and training effectiveness.
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance training initiatives.
- Collaborate with department leaders to organize development activities.
- Ensure learning programs are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience coordinating training or learning programs.
- Experience supporting employee development initiatives.

Soft Skills:

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer service mindset.

Technical Skills:

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
- Data tracking and reporting skills.
- Experience using virtual meeting and training platforms.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is preferred.

MUST HAVE:

- Experience coordinating corporate training programs.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
