We are seeking experienced Pre-Suit Legal Assistant to join our Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm.

This is a fully remote position based in Mexico, working with a U.S.-based personal injury firm.

Candidates must have strong experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law or insurance claims/adjusting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle pre-suit personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Request and organize medical records and billing documentation
- Draft correspondence, settlement demands, and case-related documents
- Maintain accurate case files and monitor deadlines
- Assist attorneys and team members in moving cases efficiently through the pre-litigation process




- Provide exceptional client communication and case updates throughout representation

Required Skills & Experience:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2+ years of Personal Injury experience (Plaintiff-side preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years as a Legal Assistant, Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Professional
- Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury pre-suit processes is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based law firms
- Familiarity with personal injury case management software FileVine, Lead Docket

Position Details:

- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (U.S.)
- Fully remote (Mexico-based)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
