JOB OBJECTIVE:
Support in the maintenance of digital tools (Power BI and platform) to track the Ideas program, Lean Manufacturing evaluation and Clean Desk policy within the Continuous Improvement area. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the Ideas program (Verify correct functioning, provide user support, display results)
Support in the control and monitoring of the Ideas program
Generate reports and dashboards
Train users on how to use the platform
Collaborate with engineers and other areas
User problem identification

CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE AREA:
Improve the visibility of indicators through reports
Provide support in training on the use of the platform
Ensure proper follow-up of internal assessments and programs
Creation of user guides

SKILLS:
Programming (essential)
Knowledge of databases
Power BI or analytics tools (desirable)
Analytical thinking
Proactivity and teamwork

EDUCATION / CAREERS:Active students of:
Systems / IT
Industrial Engineering with programming knowledge
Computing
