As one of our first commercial hires, you'll play a critical role in defining our sales strategy, acquiring flagship clients, and helping establish FlyQ as the market leader in drone-powered advertising across Mexico.

What You'll Do

- Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, marketing agencies, media agencies, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Present FlyQ's aerial advertising solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Represent FlyQ at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated success closing high-value commercial deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience selling advertising, media, marketing services, technology, SaaS, events, or enterprise solutions is a strong advantage.
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or corporate decision-makers are highly valued.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
