About the Role:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team! You’ll assist clients via calls, emails, and messages, resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. This is a great opportunity for candidates fluent in both English and French who enjoy helping people and solving problems.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service in English and French (spoken and written).
- Resolve client issues efficiently using strong troubleshooting skills.
- Manage tasks and communications using PC and digital tools.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with every client interaction.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English and French (advanced spoken and written).
- Availability for versátil hours (essential).




- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
