About the Position

Are you passionate about logistics, transportation, and fast-paced operations?

We are looking for a Bilingual Operations & Tracking Agent to join our growing Operations team. This role plays a critical part in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of ground transportation operations throughout the United States, primarily involving 53-foot dry van freight.

You will work closely with customers, drivers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth operational execution. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will regularly interact with drivers, build trust-based relationships, and maintain an efficient flow of information throughout the transportation process.

Requirements

- Graduate or recent graduate in International Relations, International Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Advanced English proficiency required
- Availability to work rotating schedules: Monday through Friday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Ability to commute to San Pedro Garza García, Actual León (ZIP Code 66267)
- This is a 100% on-site position

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track daily freight shipments
- Communicate with customers to ensure successful delivery of their freight
- Coordinate with third parties, including warehouse personnel and drivers
- Review, validate, and manage pickup and delivery documentation
- Collaborate with multiple departments involved in the transportation process
- Provide real-time support and assistance to drivers during transit and delivery
- Update and maintain accurate delivery records within internal systems
- Ensure operational efficiency and service quality throughout the transportation cycle
- Contribute to the overall performance and success of the operations team
