Job Title: Quality Control Auditor – Wireless Industry (Tower Climbing Experience)

About the role: As a Quality Control Auditor, you will ensure all video closeouts have zero failures or defects and are completed promptly. You will work closely with internal and external customers to provide guidance on audit findings and apply quality standards across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete video closeout audits within required timelines
- Ensure zero defects on video closeout audits for the customer
- Meet all audit deadlines and provide timely reporting
- Educate internal and external customers on audit findings
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to Quality Managers
- Disseminate information to supported markets
- Review and follow customer documents and standards
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Advanced English (C1-C2)
- High school graduate or GED equivalent




- Minimum 2 years of tower top installation and active tower climbing experience in the wireless industry
- Experience managing individual or multiple wireless communication projects

Soft Skills:

- Effective communication
- Proactivity and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe PDFs, and database systems
- Ability to complete closeouts with detailed and highlighted photos

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, Onsite, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- CDMX, GDL – Onsite
