Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial sales team.
- Contact potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records and leads
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role,
preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
