BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

At BEPC Inc., we are seeking a proactive and organized Engineering Clerk to provide administrative and operational support to the engineering team. The idóneo candidate will assist with coordinating daily activities, maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication among internal teams to help ensure the successful execution of departmental objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide administrative support to the engineering team.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Prepare, organize,



and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and records.
- Assist with project tracking and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when required, with clients or vendors.
- Support administrative activities related to engineering projects.

BASIC qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Engineering Assistant.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
