Job Responsibilities:

1. Department management

- Overall responsible for daily operation, team management, performance appraisal and skill training of the engineering department;
- Establish standardized working procedures, complete annual targets including cost-down, yield improvement and efficiency promotion.
- Build up a strong local engineering team.

2. Process management

- Establish and optimize production process, SOP, standard time and capacity standard; handle process abnormalities and mass defects,
- Improve FPY and yield continuously.

3. Equipment management

- Leading production line setup, verification, maintenance and repairing. Spare parts management and localization. Optimize MTTR and MTBF.

4. Lean and efficiency management

- Lean manufacturing and IE improvement, optimize line balance and workstation design; promote TPM and OEE improvement,
- Reduce production cost and waste. Continuous improvements on engineering perspective.

5. Document and system control

- Manage engineering documents including BOM, SOP, drawing and ECN; ensure compliance with ISO/IATF/IPC and customer standards
- Redraft operation manual, maintenance manual and maintenance checklist.

6. Cost down and project management

- Drive annual cost-down projects, material consumption control and yield improvement; coordinate cross-department resources to ensure delivery and capacity targets.

Qualitications:





- Bachelor's degree or above, with a degree in mechanical and electronic engineering or other engineering disciplines
- Background: Proficient in English communication or above.
- More than 5 years of factory work experience, familiar with SMT factory workers, Create an environment.
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering & Automation or similar
- Engineering.Experience:Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred at least 5 years

Other Requirements: Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
