Provide automakers with cutting‐edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.
Develop and implement plant manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations and site objectives, ensuring optimum performance against IPIs.
Coach and develop managers and supervisors to ensure maximum efficiency in departments and on shifts.
Implement continuous improvement plans and activities to maximise the efficiency and development of the plant's workflow process.
Act as process owner, accountable for IMS process management (process review, KPI management, procedure periodic review and update, corrective and preventive actions implementation, and resource provision for process realization).
Lead and take part in the implementation of the plant progress plan, encouraging staff involvement through implementation of specific follow‐up activities.
Lead a daily plant production meeting,
adjust resources according to changes, implement and ensure the efficiency of corrective actions.
Participate in the monthly meetings of all production units, defining short and medium‐term organization plans, including new product launches.
Manage the team (organisation, objectives, discipline, mindset, people development) according to department and project requirements.
Maintain a high level of maintenance and cleanliness in all production areas.
Propose the operating budget and deliver the agreed budget.
Have the authority to stop any process that endangers safety, health, environment, or product quality, ensuring procedures are followed within the IMS.
Ensure prevention of fires and environmental impacts through the IMS, coordinating as part of the crisis management team.
Engineering degree (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering a plus).
Knowledge of quality, supply chain / flow management best practices.
Good command of English.
Industry with demanding customers regarding quality and delivery.
Large production equipment management (production programmes, SOP creation, process improvement, failure analysis).
Lean manufacturing.
Previous experience in the automotive industry; Internal and external customer orientation, delivering results, problem solving, time management, strong leadership, communication skills, team building, motivation and commitment.
