Description

Candidates for this position should possess the following skills:

- Must have a Failure Analysis background/knowledge of more than 5 years and above.
- Has a deep and broad knowledge of RF bench testing and Circuit Analysis.
- Hands‐on experience doing analysis using 2D/3D X‐rays, curve tracer, Network Analyzer, Emission Microscopy, Thermal Emission, Die delayering,



Plasma and chemical decap, cross‐sectional, Ion milling, SEM/EDX, etc.
- Hands‐on Filter F/A knowledge.
- Good English communication skills to be able to communicate with Corporate.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: He will be in‐charge of Filter F/A activities group together with package F/A related requests. He needs to do coaching/training and even do analysis by himself whenever his expertise is needed. As part of F/A group, he will also take care of the F/A machines like any other (else) in the group as well to maintain its working condition 24x7.

Required Experience and Skills

Hands‐on experience doing analysis using 2D/3D X‐rays, curve tracer, Network Analyzer, Emission Microscopy, Thermal Emission, Die delayering, Plasma and chemical decap, cross‐sectional, Ion milling, SEM/EDX, Circuit Diagram analysis. Also, filter F/A knowledge.
