Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Puebla, Mexico | Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HRBP to partner closely with business leaders and drive organizational effectiveness through impactful people strategies. As a trusted advisor, the PBE serves as the critical link between business units, People Experience (PX) functions, Integral Business Services (GBS), and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). This role is responsible for translating business priorities into people initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, enable transformation, build leadership capability, and foster an inclusive and high-performing culture. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep HR expertise and a proven ability to influence leaders, drive change, and leverage people insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Business & People Strategy Alignment Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies and workforce priorities. Identify workforce-related opportunities and risks that may impact business performance. Lead and support organizational design, leadership, and transformation initiatives. Ensure business decisions are informed by meaningful people insights and strategic workforce considerations. Talent & Capability Development Advise leaders on talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention strategies. Drive initiatives focused on leadership capability, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I;), and organizational culture.



Collaborate with CoEs and GBS teams to support future workforce planning and capability-building initiatives. Enable talent development programs that support long-term business growth and succession readiness. Performance & Succession Management Facilitate performance management and talent review processes across the organization. Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development. Identify and develop high-potential talent in partnership with business leaders. Promote a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and accountability. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic counsel and constructive challenge when needed. Lead change management initiatives associated with business transformation programs. Ensure effective collaboration and alignment among business leaders, PX teams, CoEs, and GBS functions. Support complex and sensitive employee matters requiring strategic business context and sound judgment. People Analytics & Insight-Driven Decision Making Leverage people analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate workforce data into actionable business insights and recommendations.



Provide evidence-based guidance to support leadership decision-making. Monitor organizational health indicators and help drive continuous improvement. Master's degree preferred. Experience 8–12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic HR Business Partnering. Proven track record in workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic decisions. Strong experience operating in global and matrixed organizations. Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics and insights to drive business outcomes.
