Communication Analyst Responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and support business objectives in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The role requires advanced English proficiency to effectively collaborate in a integral organization and support cross-functional communication. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement internal communication campaigns aligned with organizational goals. Create and manage internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and digital content. Plan and coordinate employee events, engagement activities, and internal initiatives. Design visual communication materials and manage digital communication channels, including information screens and communication boards.



Lead internal branding initiatives to reinforce company culture and employee experience. Coordinate with external vendors for printed materials and promotional items. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization. Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) to support communication and project management.
