You'll act as a strategic partner to both recruiters and stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals, KPIs, and SLA targets.- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and development plans.- Review candidate submissions to ensure quality and alignment with client requirements.- Manage requisition distribution and workload balancing to maximize efficiency and results.- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions,
