The role You're the producer's right hand on every project you touch — internally we call this seat Associate Producer. Creative decisions, scope changes, budget conversations, and anything that needs a judgment call route to the producer. What you'll own Project setup and systems Build and maintain project boards in Monday.com; Create project folders across Google Drive, Suite, and Frame.io; Transcribe project handoff forms into working documents for producers Set up Slack channels with the essential project information, to our standards Attend kickoffs (live or recorded), take notes,



understand what the project actually demands Post casting calls and run initial talent selection Source project locations Partner network ~ Close-out and data Close projects cleanly: all assets collected, all project data captured for KPI reporting Support client NPS collection, tracking collection rate on every project Attend weekly meetings on time and ready to discuss projects, roadblocks, and capacity Data hygiene ≥95% — production sheets and trackers complete, accurate, current 3+ years in video production, project management, or a closely related field ~ Video production experience — you understand how a shoot actually comes together ~ Fluent written and spoken English (interviews are conducted entirely in English)~ Comfortable working independently, remotely, without someone checking on you Associate Producer → Producer → Senior Producer. Our strongest APs take on their own smaller projects and grow into producer seats.
