Role Overview

The IT Technical Leader leads the design, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of manufacturing reporting solutions connected to MES and related applications. This role helps strengthen operational visibility, traceability, and efficiency by working closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams. The position also contributes to digital manufacturing initiatives through reporting, analytics, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate various teams to support project implementation, testing, deployment, and validation across general sites Translate business needs into detailed, functional specifications and scalable technical solutions Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through reporting, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Design, develop, configure, and support MES reports, dashboards, and related reporting workflows for manufacturing operations Required Experience / Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Development,



or related field Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement projects effectively High level of communication skills Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations environments Experience with application development and troubleshooting Experience with MES platforms and manufacturing reporting solutions Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases Experience with Databricks, Python, Power Automate, and Power BI Advanced English skills Benefits
