About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Analytics Associate for our Data Information Systems team.

Key Responsibilities Use Tableau to create customer‑facing reports on Benchmark application data and scope reports.



Collaborate with customer service teams to finalize proposal creation efforts. Work with Application Development teams to finalize data models for Tableau reports. Maintain existing reports and investigate data accuracy concerns. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field with coursework in database management. 1–2 years professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong ability to understand and articulate data science problems and work independently. Experience implementing and optimizing algorithms for big‑data analytics, machine learning, and statistical analysis using SQL. Experience with Python is an added advantage. Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis. Understanding of data structures and common transformation methods. Excellent pattern recognition, natural language processing, predictive, and machine‑learning modeling skills. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI. Ability to draw insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and senior management. Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and commitment to results in a fast‑paced environment.
