We are currently supporting a search for a Product Marketing Manager to join a multinational pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating our relevant product marketing content. Your market research will help guide you when creating this content. You will collaborate with other internal teams and product marketing team members to develop our strategy for product launches and product positioning. Location: Mexico Full-time | Hybrid work model Position Overview The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing strategy and portfolio management for key brands, driving business growth through successful product launches, portfolio optimization, and strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening market position and brand performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead product launches, new molecule introductions, and/or new indications. Build comprehensive brand plans based on market insights, customer behavior, and competitive analysis. Manage the product lifecycle,



identifying growth opportunities and portfolio optimization initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical, regulatory, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Manage budgets and key performance indicators, ensuring achievement of business goals. Adapt integral strategies to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience launching new products, molecules, or indications. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
