We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a California-based Personal Injury Law Firm. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, assisting with initial inquiries, gathering information, and providing a professional and empathetic experience. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills who are interested in the legal field or have prior experience in customer service or legal intake. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in English and Spanish Conduct initial intake calls and gather relevant case information Follow structured scripts and questionnaires when needed Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to potential clients Accurately document call details in the system Identify qualified leads and escalate when appropriate Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications:
