Charter Sales Coordinator Otaduy Yachts | Los Cabos | On-site | Full-time Otaduy Yachts has operated the leading charter fleet in Los Cabos for over 20 years, with more than 20,000 charters completed. We're now building the tech infrastructure to match: proprietary booking and charter management systems, partner portals, and AI-powered workflows. We're looking for someone organized, fast, and tech-savvy to be the central point of contact for our charter sales. What you'll do: Respond to and follow up on charter leads coming through our digital channels (website, social media, email) Handle requests from our hotel partners (One&Only; Palmilla, Four Seasons, Montage, among others) with impeccable response times Coordinate the full sales process with each partner: quoting, availability, confirmation, and payment Work daily inside our in-house systems and help us test, improve,



and roll out new tools as we build them Keep the CRM and booking calendar up to date in coordination with operations What we're looking for: Fluent English and Spanish (a must, most of our clients are international) Experience in sales, reservations, or concierge roles in luxury hospitality Genuinely comfortable with technology: you pick up new software fast, you like efficient digital workflows, and bonus points if you've used AI tools to work smarter Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple requests at once Availability to respond quickly, including some weekends We offer: base salary plus commissions, a front-row seat in a company modernizing a 20-year legacy business with technology, and the opportunity to work with the destination's top hospitality and yachting brands.
