Introduction: Responsible for managing Toluna's market research projects, the Project Manager will represent Toluna to a diverse portfolio of clients across global markets. This role is responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish within strict timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and high-quality results. The Project Manager will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting clients' strategic insights needs and serving as a trusted partner throughout the research lifecycle. This role will support LATAM clients and projects, ensuring successful project execution, strong client relationships, and overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage Sample Only, Full Service, Field & Tab, and assisted DIY projects from setup through completion. Act as the main operational point of contact for clients and provide regular project and fieldwork updates. Review project requirements, including target audience,
quotas, incidence rate, timelines, costs, and deliverables. Set up, launch, and monitor fieldwork, identifying risks and taking action to improve sample performance and delivery. Manage quotas, sample allocation, completed reconciliation, and fieldwork troubleshooting. Program basic surveys or coordinate with internal programming teams, ensuring survey logic and edits are implemented correctly. Test survey links, quotas, redirects, and respondent flow before launch. Coordinate data processing, coding, and tabulation requirements. Review data files, tables, and final deliverables against client specifications. Perform data-quality checks and escalate quality, feasibility, timeline, or cost concerns when necessary. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and internal systems. Support process improvements and share operational best practices across the team. Your profile: Experience: 1 to 2 years: management, online sampling, fieldwork, data processing, or client services. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Sample Only or quantitative online research projects. Understanding of sampling, quotas, incidence rate,
conversion rates, fieldwork metrics, and data quality. Familiarity with questionnaire logic, survey programming, data files, tables, and tabulation processes. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and solutions-oriented approach. Languages: Advanced English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
