Financial Analyst (Temporary Assignment – 6 Months) | Querétaro, Mexico Are you passionate about finance, administrative processes, and corporate operations? We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team on a temporary assignment and support key financial and administrative activities across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Corporate Services while gaining exposure to multinational business operations. Location Querétaro, Mexico - Empresalia Employment Type Full-time | Temporary Assignment (6 months) Key Responsibilities Manage and process invoices related to corporate services and operations. Create, monitor, and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP. Coordinate invoice processing and payment follow-up with external service providers and suppliers. Administer the corporate credit card program, including new requests, replacements, cancellations, limit modifications, and payment processing. Support and administer Concur expense management processes, including employee training, expense report review, and reporting activities. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and corporate policies. Provide administrative and financial support to internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. SAP experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional maturity, integrity, and customer-service mindset.
