Responsibility

1. Lead the Mexico sales team to achieve annual and quarterly targets; develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.Partner with the Executive General Manager to implement general initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
2. Develop new customer segments and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients in the Mexican wind power market (including developers, utilities such as CFE, and EPCs).
3. Conduct market intelligence activities (customer demand analysis, competitor benchmarking, industry trend monitoring) to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
4. Support strategic decision-making by analyzing Mexico’s energy policies, utility procurement mechanisms, and developer requirements.
5. Manage end-to-end sales processes, including contract negotiation, commercial terms, delivery coordination, and payment collection.Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards while balancing growth and risk.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D;, engineering, finance, legal, supply chain)



to deliver competitive solutions and support market expansion.
7. Stay updated on Mexican import/export regulations, renewable energy policies, permitting requirements, and industry standards.
8. Proactively identify and manage regulatory, contractual, and operational risks in overseas sales activities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.10+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in renewable energy or wind sales management.Experience in Mexico or Latin America preferred.
2. Strong understanding of the Mexican renewable energy market (developers, utilities such as CFE, EPCs).Proven track record in market development and deal execution.
3. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic, results-driven, and adaptable in complex environments.
4. Fluent in Spanish and English,Willingness to travel as needed.
