We are currently seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos .

We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader capable of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance

• Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies

• Partner with Operations and Executive Leadership

• Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards

Idóneo Profile:

• Previous experience in a senior finance role within luxury hospitality

• Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting

• Proven track record in financial performance management

• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach

• Advanced English proficiency required
