We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Leader to lead and execute key HR strategies within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, labor relations, and workforce planning initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded HR background, combining strong expertise in talent processes, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and culture development. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels while fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Organizational Development

- Lead and facilitate performance management processes, including performance reviews, talent assessments, calibration sessions, and development planning
- Drive succession planning initiatives and support the identification and development of high-potential talent
- Partner with leaders to create career growth frameworks and employee development strategies
- Support workforce planning efforts aligned with current and future business needs
- Develop and implement organizational development programs that strengthen leadership capabilities and team effectiveness

Compensation & Talent Strategy

- Partner with leadership and HR stakeholders on compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and talent retention initiatives
- Provide guidance on internal equity, organizational structure,



and workforce effectiveness
- Support annual compensation reviews and talent planning cycles

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Design and implement employee engagement strategies that enhance organizational culture and employee experience
- Lead employee recognition programs, communication initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Analyze engagement feedback and develop action plans to improve organizational effectiveness and retention
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values

Labor & Employee Relations

- Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee relations matters and workplace concerns
- Partner with operations leaders to address employee issues while ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures
- Support investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement processes
- Foster positive employee relations while balancing business objectives and workforce needs

HR Leadership & Business Partnership

- Act as a trusted advisor to plant and functional leadership teams
- Support organizational changes, business transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts




- Utilize HR metrics and workforce data to support decision-making and business strategy
- Ensure HR programs and practices align with organizational goals and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Advanced English skills
- Over 5 years pof Human Resources experienc
- Strong experience in Performance Management
- Talent Reviews & Succession Planning
- Career Development Programs
- Organizational Development
- Employee Engagement
- Compensation Processes
- Labor & Employee Relations
- Experience partnering with senior leadership teams in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environment.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
