This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills while supporting critical IT operations in Mexico and contributing to general IT initiatives.The successful candidate will work on-site to provide technical support to users and assist with day-to-day IT operations activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Assist with desktop, laptop, and mobile device troubleshooting and maintenance.Support printer, scanner, and other peripheral device setup and maintenance.Monitor system performance and report any irregularities to senior team members.Respond to help desk tickets and user requests in a timely manner.Assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations.Provide basic training to users on standard software applications and IT policies.Document and track all support activities and resolutions.Help maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.Participate in system updates and patch management activities.Collaborate with international IT teams on cross-functional projects.Support global IT initiatives and standardization efforts.Assist with documentation and process improvement activities.EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Recent graduate preferred.Qualifications & SkillsProficient English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1).
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent customer service orientation.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or work experience in IT support or related field.Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
