Linguatec Querétaro Loma Dorada, with over 23 years of experience, is looking for an Academic Director to lead our teaching team and help transform students' lives through innovative English education.
What we're looking for:
English proficiency (minimum B2, certification preferred)
1+ year of experience in academic leadership or educational management
Teaching experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Customer service mindset and results‐oriented attitude
Availability to work Monday through Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English using the Linguatec methodology
Lead, coach, and supervise the teaching staff
Manage academic schedules and daily operations
Monitor student progress and academic quality
Support students and parents while ensuring an outstanding learning experience
What We Offer:
MXN $15,000–$17,000 monthly base salary
