**Qué necesitamos de ti**
- Receive and manage hiring requests to initiate **recruitment and selection processes** across different business lines and functional areas, using **SAP SuccessFactors (SF)**:
- Conduct **job profile intake sessions** in partnership with business leaders and collaborate closely with the recruiting team to **assign activities and meet hiring objectives**, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up in **SF**:
- Conduct **cold screening interviews, competency-based interviews, and occasional assessment-style interviews**, as well as administer and evaluate **technical assessments**, documenting outcomes in **SuccessFactors**:
- Participate in **regular team meetings and follow-up calls** to report on vacancy status, align on new initiatives and projects, and support decision-making through **SF dashboards and reports**:
- You will be part of the new hire onboarding process, offering support and orientation
- Demonstrate availability to participate in **recruitment events,



university career fairs, and other talent attraction activities**, representing the firm and promoting open roles
- **Represent Perfetti Van Melle** at student hiring events, webinars, and conferences, acting as a **brand ambassador** and promoting our **early careers programs**
**Sobre el puesto de trabajo**
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the FMCG Company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven mindset: able to provide insights and expertise to hiring managers and support decision-making through data analysis and reporting
- Naturally curious and innovative - constantly seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhance outcomes through creative thinking
- Advanced proficiency in English and fluent Spanish
