Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of8 years of leadership experiencein logistics, industrial operations, transportation, terminal management, or supply chain.Proven experience managing large operational teams.Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and financial indicators.Experience managing operational budgets and business performance(P&L; preferred).
