**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment environments within manufacturing, operations, shared services, agency, or corporate settings.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and selection practices.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
- Intermediate **English** proficiency required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
**Key Responsibilities**




- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume hourly, operational & technical positions.
- Execute recruiting strategies to meet business hiring requirements while maintaining quality, speed, and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical workforce needs.
- Provide regular communication and consultation to hiring managers regarding hiring progress, labor market trends, and recruitment strategies.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate upcoming workforce needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I;) initiatives through inclusive sourcing and selection practices.
