We are seeking an experienced **Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Application Analyst** for a **6-month remote contract** with the possibility of extension.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a large healthcare organization while working remotely from **Mexico**.

Required Qualifications
- **Current Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB/RPB) EPIC Certification (required)**:
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and billing workflows
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience working in healthcare IT environments
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, and collections functionality.
- Configure billing rules, work queues, edits, reports, and interfaces supporting revenue cycle operations.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle teams, operational leaders, and technical teams to improve system performance.
- Participate in testing, validation, documentation, and end-user support for system changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Experience with Epic implementation, optimization, or support projects
- Knowledge of claims processing, reimbursement, and collections workflows
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
