Operates parts production, monitors the quality checks, manages preventive maintenance, and documents the results as required by the quality procedures.
**Job Requirements**:
- Monitoring the thickness measurements, conformance to the specifications, the timing of the object in the plating solution, and the amount of electric current needed to coat objects.
- Monitoring the preventive maintenance of the equipment used for plating and performing changeovers for the plating process.
- Installing, positioning, moving materials, reviewing the information to assess the problem, and ensuring proper working of the machine by observing gauges and indicators.
- Loading change reels, operating pallets jacks and other material handling devices, and coordinating the movement of materials from one department to the other.




**What your background should look like**:
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
