You will craft polished UI, connect apps to backend services, and collaborate with product, UX/UI, and backend peers in an Agile flow.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-performance native Android applications using KotlinCollaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, user-friendly screens aligned with Material Design principlesIntegrate the app with backend microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs to power dynamic content and featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and testable codebasesParticipate in code reviews to uphold quality and promote knowledge sharing across the teamCreate unit and UI tests to ensure application stability and reliabilityEvaluate app performance and tune speed, battery usage,



and memory consumptionAssist with the preparation and release of application updates to the Google Play StoreRequirementsHands-on experience of 2+ years in native Android application developmentStrong command of Kotlin with a solid understanding of the Android SDKFamiliarity with modern Android architecture components and patterns, including MVVM, MVI, and Clean ArchitectureWorking knowledge of Dependency Injection with Hilt/Dagger and Coroutines/FlowComfortable use of Android Studio, Gradle, and Git in day-to-day workPractical experience building UI with Jetpack Compose or XML-based layoutsProven experience using JUnit and Espresso for automated testingAbility to thrive in an Agile/Scrum setup and collaborate with tools such as Jira and ConfluenceEnglish proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higherWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with integral teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedInEPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
