The role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices.About the RoleThe Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer II contributes to the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud solutions and integrations.
This role demonstrates hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and configuration, participates in technical design discussions, and delivers high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise standards.How You Will ContributeDesign, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, and platform automation.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and user stories.Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions.Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, data mappings, and deployment artifacts.Perform code reviews and promote Salesforce development best practices.Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities using approved DevOps tooling.Collaborate with QA,



Product Managers, Architects, Administrators, and business stakeholders during the full software lifecycle.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring platform stability and performance.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform modernization efforts.Mentor junior developers and actively share Salesforce best practices within the engineering community.Skills & QualificationsRequired Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and data model.Hands-on experience with Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flow Salesforce Security & Sharing Model Custom Objects and Metadata Configuration APIs and Integrations.Understanding of Salesforce platform limits and performance optimization techniques.Experience working within Agile delivery teams.Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment processes.Working knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.Understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design,
