**Job Requirements**
- Developing schedules, prioritizing the workload, and coordinating with team members to meet the delivery schedule and targets.
- Monitoring preventive maintenance of the machines and equipment, and maintaining records of equipment usage, timekeeping system, repair history, reliability, and other factors.
- Supporting the development of standard operating procedures and materials related to the specific training, and implementing initiatives related to upskilling employees.
- Training newer employees with equipment operations and safety procedures, providing effective direction, and supporting them to achieve the goals and targets related to production.
