**What You'll Do**
- Lead monthly and year-end cost accounting close according to schedule
- Prepare and present monthly financial outlooks to senior staff and key stakeholders
- Coordinate and support material variance analysis (PPV, WOV)
- Ensure accurate costing of new products and validation of saving projects
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and coordination with the Cebu GBS team




**What You Need to Succeed**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial administration and cost accounting
- Proficiency in SAP, ARIBA, TRESS, and MS Office Proven leadership, negotiation skills, and personnel management experience
