The **Scheduler** is responsible for maintaining the relationship between clients and caregivers, helping to deliver the best possible in-home care experience for both clients and employees.
This role plays a key part in working closely with caregiver staff to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matching and to ensure that all referrals are received accurately, with sufficient detail, and handled properly.

- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST)
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and clients to assess service quality.
- Act as a liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.
- Receive and manage referrals and address concerns related to company programs and services.
- Schedule and coordinate caregivers' daily activities.
- Perform payroll-related tasks, including timesheet verification, updating telephony records, and entering data for payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver employment records in the **ClearCare** system.




- Ensure all personnel files are complete and current.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, disciplinary actions, and employee follow-up.
- Build relationships with clients and caregivers while being sensitive to their individual needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
**Requirements**:
- **High school diploma or equivalent required**; at least two years of experience in administrative or business environments is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative and organizational tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- **Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

- **Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)** in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Availability to be on-call outside of standard office hours.
