**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **high-performing, professional Business Development Representative** who can think critically, execute consistently, and build real business relationships.
This is **not a "dial-all-day" role**—we are looking for someone who understands how to **analyze leads, coordinate strategic follow-ups, and develop long-term client relationships** that convert into business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities across the U.S. market
- Identify decision-makers and navigate organizations effectively
- Execute **consistent, structured follow-ups** to move deals forward
- Build and maintain **long-term professional relationships**, not just transactions
- Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM
- Stay organized, disciplined,



and accountable to performance metrics
