**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Traffic Analyst** located in **Guadalajara, North Site**.
Reporting to the Sr Traffic Analyst, Traffic Analyst role involves responsible for the coordination and consolidation of internal and international systems to support shipments in the most cost-effective manner to deliver maximum advantage to the company and its customers.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Gather, evaluate, record, and report on current market information regarding transportation methods.
- Work with the team to define company and customer needs and make recommendations on cost-effective transportation methods.
- Assist in price negotiations if necessary.
- Ensure the lowest cost transportation by analyzing needs, researching methods, and auditing carrier costs and performances.
- Maintain logs and compile information on routes, rates, and services from various vendors.
- Arrange shipping details such as packing, shipping, and routing of products.
- Evaluate and recommend transportation and freight costs, as well as appropriate routing and carriers.
- Plan, schedule, and route inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments,



considering applicable laws, tariffs, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update Traffic Metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with agents/suppliers to achieve quality service and cost reduction.
- Schedule company vehicles for service and maintenance checks and ensure proper registration and insurance.
- Support the team in dealing with daily operational and transportation issues.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- Bachelor's degree in international Trade, International Business, Administration, or related field
- Intermediate English
- Solid knowledge of inventory control
- Imports and Exports
- Experience in internal audits of foreign trade
- Experience with Annex 30 and Annex 24 would be a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts)
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry would be a plus
- I work under pressure
