As a Manufacturing Engineer, is expected to lead process improvements, integrate digital and automation solutions, and proactively drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across manufacturing operations.
**Degree Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronic & Automatization Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
**What You Will Do**
Collaborative Automation:
- Knowledge of techniques and processes of collaborative automation
- Ability to develop and deploy Cobots/robots to automate manufacturing processes.
(Vectis, Fanuc.)
- Programming skills for Cobots/Robots
Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
- Knowledge of techniques and processes of robotic process automation (RPA)
- Ability to develop and deploy RPA solutions in various industries.
(Weld & Paint)
Engineering - Manufacturing:
- Experience using SAP, AutoCAD,



CREO Parametric
- Capital projects experience
- Basic knowledge of design principles and use of fixtures
Decision-making and critical thinking:
- Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
- Ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Green Belt Certification
**Additional information**
- This position is located in Santa Catarina, Actual León.
- The work schedule is Monday through Friday (6:24 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), with the option of shift changes and weekend work.
- This position requires travel up to 10% of the time (domestic and international).
- Relocation is not available for this position.
