**Bilingual Call Center Agent (Mon-Fri | On-site )**

**What You'll Do**:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls following established scripts and company protocols.
- Identify the customer's reason for contact and route or resolve inquiries appropriately.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system in a timely manner.
- Meet campaign conversion, performance, or retention goals.
- Follow company scripts, procedures, and policies at all times.
- Participate in coaching sessions, meetings, ongoing training programs.




- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
- Handle a minimum of seventy calls per day to meet operational goals.
**What We're Looking For**
- **English level B1-C2 (required)**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least **6 months of experience** (call center preferred; healthcare, sales, or retail also accepted)
- Basic computer skills + fast typing
- Good spelling and grammar (English & Spanish)
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus
- Ability to multitask
