**Bilingual Client Retention Specialist**(C1 English Required)
An international HealthTech company is looking for a Bilingual Client Retention Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will support patients who have already enrolled in our program but have not yet completed their payment process.
Your primary goal will be to answer questions, prevent cancellations, improve customer retention, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
The Bilingual Client Retention Specialist plays a key role in customer experience, patient support, and client retention by building trust, resolving concerns, and helping patients successfully move forward with their treatment journey.
**Responsibilities**
- Follow up with patients regarding pending payments.
- Answer questions related to billing and payment processes.
- Assist patients who are considering canceling their enrollment.
- Maintain accurate information in CRM systems.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English (C1 level required).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer retention, customer service, customer success,



account management, cancellation management, collections, or client support.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong objection-handling, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in HealthTech, Telehealth, FinTech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
**What We Offer**
- Net monthly salary of MXN $18,000.

- Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
