Position overview: We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to join the Experimentation Platform team, contributing to the development of our in-house experiment analysis platform.
This product is key to strengthening the experimentation culture, enabling teams to make agile, reliable, and scalable data-driven decisions.
- Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the front-end of the experimentation platform using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Product Designer, Product Manager, and other developers to design, implement, and launch new functionalities.
- Contribute to the technical design and definition of development best practices.




- Interact with internal users to understand their needs, validate solutions, and gather ongoing feedback to improve the user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and quality standards definition.
- Integrate and consume REST APIs efficiently and securely.
- Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies, patterns, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of componentization, state management, and user experience-driven design principles.
- Solid experience integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Figma.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent cloud services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Good spoken Spanish.
