This role offers the opportunity to start as a Loan Officer in a performance-driven sales environment while gaining exposure to international financial operations.

Your Impact _**
**What will you do**:
- Manage the full loan cycle from initial contact and pre-approval through documentation and funding.
- Follow up with assigned online loan applicants and handle inbound phone calls from interested prospects.
- Pre-qualify applicants by asking structured questions and explaining loan terms clearly.
- Request, review, and track required documentation for final approval.
- Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems and lending platforms.
- Meet or exceed conversion, funded volume, and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
**What We're Looking For**:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, loan processing, or call center environments.
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) - advanced spoken and written English is required.
- Strong sales and closing mentality, with professional customer service skills.




- Comfortable handling multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-up habits.
- Solid computer skills and comfort with data entry, CRM systems, and downloading reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Mexicali and adhere to assigned schedules.
**Nice to Have (Not Required)**:
- Experience in lending, financial services, or title loans.
- Call center or phone-based sales background.
- Experience working with performance-based or commission-driven compensation.
- College or bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
**What We Offer & Important Information**:
- On-site position in Ciudad Juarez.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
- Compensation: $25,000 - $30,000 MXN per month (gross base + commissions).
- Commission structure tied to funded loan amounts.
- Paid online English courses.
