Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Intake Specialist for a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong English skills who enjoy structured administrative work and client communication.
As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients.
You will handle inbound calls in English and Spanish, collect essential information, and accurately enter data into our intake and case management systems.
**Important**: This is an on-site position in Guadalajara.
Remote or hybrid work is not available.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct client intake interviews and gather accurate personal and case information
- Enter and update information in CRM and intake systems with high attention to detail
- Perform administrative tasks related to the intake process
- Follow established workflows and internal procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English level, spoken and written (salary depends on proficiency)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced,



high-volume environment
- Comfortable multitasking while using multiple computer systems
- Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco
**Preferred Experience**
- At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
- Customer service
- Call center roles
- Administrative positions
- Intake or client support roles
- Experience with CRM systems or data entry is preferred
- Experience working with U.S.based companies or legal intake is a plus, but not required
