Bilingual Paralegal - Drafting experience required (On-Site in Guadalajara)

**Monthly Salary**: $16,000 to $18,000 MXN
**Language Requirement**: Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
**Position Overview**
We are a U.S.based law firm expanding our operations in Guadalajara and are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal with **proven legal drafting experience** to support our legal team.
Experience in bankruptcy law is a plus, but not required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, forms, and client correspondence
- Support bankruptcy-related cases, including document preparation and filing assistance (preferred)
- Manage client case files and perform accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed
- Provide general administrative and legal support to the legal team
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken
- **Demonstrated experience drafting documents (required)**:
- Previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a role involving legal document drafting




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara
- Comfortable using CRM or case management systems
**Preferred Experience**
- Experience working on bankruptcy cases or within bankruptcy law
- Experience supporting U.S.based law firms or clients
- Familiarity with legal drafting, filings, and document management systems
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Reliable, proactive, and professional
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
- Comfortable working in a structured legal environment
- Interested in long-term professional growth within the legal field
