**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and control inventory levels.
- Create and manage reports in **Excel and Google Sheets**.
- Provide administrative and logistics support.
- Communicate in English for reporting, coordination, and calls.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in inventory control.
- Proficiency in **Excel and Google Sheets**.
- Experience using **Google Chat** for coordination.
- Intermediate/advanced English **(spoken, written, and read)**.
- Ability to **work under pressure** and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, **8:00 am - 5:00 pm**.
