**The Role**
As the Senior Learner Engagement Manager,



you ll lead and mentor a regional engagement team to maximise learner participation and progression.
Your role will include:
- Overseeing the recruitment and engagement strategy for multiple Bootcamp cohorts.
- Developing new partnerships with referral agencies, local authorities, and employer networks.
- Driving performance to meet ambitious engagement and start targets.
- Monitoring data and reporting on learner conversion and outcomes.
- Working closely with operations and delivery managers to ensure seamless learner experiences.
- Strong background in learner engagement, employability, or apprenticeship recruitment.
- Proven track record of hitting sales, learner start, or apprenticeship enrolment targets.
- Leadership or team management experience within a training environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region.
Desirable:
- Experience with Bootcamps, ASF, or other government-funded programmes.
- Understanding of local labour market needs in West Yorkshire.
