HRPV is hiring Bilingual Legal Assistants to support U.S. law firms from our professional office in Guadalajara.
If you have excellent English communication skills and experience in customer service or call centers, this is your chance to start a stable career in the legal field, no legal background required, we provide full training.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide case updates and follow-up communication
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with attorneys and legal teams
- Prepare and organize legal documents and reports
- Keep detailed case notes and records using CRM tools
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be based in Guadalajara
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills




- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer tools
- High school diploma required or university studies
